We ensure that our coco coir is processed without the use of harsh chemicals or steam. It is thoroughly washed with fresh water multiple times to achieve low EC levels and minimize the risk of salt build-up in soil.

Our Coco Bliss is a 100% natural and organic growing medium with a neutral pH, making it the perfect alternative to peat moss. It is free from dirt, foreign materials, and weed seeds, as we meticulously screen and wash the raw materials to eliminate any impurities and provide a superior texture.

When using Plantonix Coco Bliss, it is recommended to lay the block down flat in a water-holding container, pour warm water over it, and let it absorb the water for 30-40 minutes before breaking it apart with your hands until it becomes light and spongy. Buffering the coir by pre-soaking it with a cal-mag solution helps displace excess sodium and balance the naturally occurring potassium.

The benefits of using Coco Coir Pith include very low EC levels, high cation exchange capacity (CEC), prevention of nutrient leaching, slow breakdown to prevent shrinking during the growing cycle, and reduced watering frequency.
